At Bolton Hotel, we want to provide all our guests with peace of mind that their health and well-being is our very top priority.

The hotel has a stringent cleaning regime and a number of preventative measures to ensure your safety.

Preventative Measures
    • As always, our team are observing impeccable hygiene practices, avoiding close contact with anyone showing symptoms of illness and staying home if unwell.
    • High touch-points are cleaned regularly.
Public Spaces
    • We've enhanced our already thorough cleaning and disinfection of public spaces, with particular attention paid to touchpoints, including but not limited to EFTPOS terminals, lift buttons and touchscreens.
    • Hand sanitising stations are available throughout the hotel for both our guests and staff as an additional measure.
    • Our teams are, as always, working to the highest hygiene standards.
    • Artisan will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
    • Our Lobby Cafe is open Monday - Friday 7:30am - 3pm. Hot and cold drinks are also available from Artisan.


Fitness Centre & Lap-pool
    • Our fitness centre and lap pool are open with an enhanced cleaning regime.
Rooms & Suites
    • Our excellent housekeeping team have enhanced their thorough cleaning regime following check-out, and have always used cleaning products that are effective in disinfecting.
Your Bookings
    • We understand that your travel plans may need to change and we continue to offer our flexible cancellation policy.
    • All bookings made directly on our website, or direct with the hotel, still benefit from free cancellation up until 6pm on the day of arrival.

    • We have also extended the validity of our Gift Vouchers, gift vouchers purchased online from 16 March 2020 are valid for 24 months.
