Preventative Measures
    • In keeping with government guidelines, we've made it as simple as possible for you to keep a track of your movements.
    • The official NZ COVID Tracer App QR code is available to scan at all entries to the hotel.

    • Our team can assist and can take manual records of your visit too.
    • As always, our team are observing impeccable hygiene practices, avoiding close contact with anyone showing symptoms of illness and staying home if unwell.
Public Spaces
    • We've enhanced our already thorough cleaning and disinfection of public spaces, with particular attention paid to touchpoints, including but not limited to EFTPOS terminals, lift buttons and touchscreens.
    • Hand sanitising stations are available throughout the hotel for both our guests and staff as an additional measure.
Artisan Restaurant
    • Our buffet breakfast has been replaced with an extensive à la carte menu.
    • Artisan is open for dinner on Tuesdays through Saturday 6pm - 10pm with an à la carte dinner menu.
    • Room service is still available.
    • Room service breakfast is still available.
Lobby Café
    • Our Lobby Café is offering a grazing menu with light bites and more substantial meals.
    • Menus are accessible online with contactless menus.
Fitness Centre & Lap-pool
    • Our fitness centre and lap-pool are open with enhanced cleaning protocols.
    • We ask that social distancing guidelines are followed at all times and guests use the disinfectant wipes provided after using the equipment.
    • We also ask that guests always use a towel during their workout, these are provided.
Rooms & Suites
    • Our excellent housekeeping team have enhanced their thorough cleaning regime following check-out, and have always used cleaning products that are effective in disinfecting.
Your Bookings
    • We understand that your travel plans may need to change and we continue to offer our flexible cancellation policy.
    • All bookings made directly on our website, or direct with the hotel, still benefit from free cancellation up until 6pm on the day of arrival.

    • We have also extended the validity of our Gift Vouchers, gift vouchers purchased online from 16 March 2020 are valid for 24 months.
