How we're taking care of you

At Bolton Hotel, we want to provide all our guests with peace of mind that their health and wellbeing is our very top priority.

The hotel has a stringent cleaning regime and a number of preventative measures to ensure your safety as the country moves to the government's COVID-19 protection framework, also known as the 'Traffic Light System'.

Preventative Measures
    • Our team will be wearing face coverings throughout the hotel.
    • We ask that guests and visitors wear a face-covering in public areas, except for when eating, drinking and exercising.
    • As always, our team are observing impeccable hygiene practices, avoiding close contact with anyone showing symptoms of illness and staying home if unwell.
Public Spaces
    • We've enhanced our already thorough cleaning and disinfection of public spaces, with particular attention paid to touchpoints, including but not limited to EFTPOS terminals, lift buttons and touchscreens.
    • Hand sanitising stations are available throughout the hotel for both our guests and staff as an additional measure.
    • Our teams are observing social distancing and, as always, working to the highest hygiene standards.
Dining
    • Artisan will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. However, our Grazing menu will replace our a la carte dinner menu. We hope to bring back our a la carte menu as soon as possible.
    • Our Lobby Cafe will be open with reduced hours (Monday - Friday 8am - 2pm). We hope to extend these hours soon. Hot and cold drinks will still be available from Artisan.

       

Lobby Café
    • Our Lobby Café is offering a grazing menu with light bites and more substantial meals.
    • Eat-in and takeaway options are available.
    • Laminated menus are available and cleaned after each use.
Fitness Centre & Lap-pool
    • Our fitness centre and lap pool are open.
    • Physical distancing of 2 metres must be maintained while in these spaces.
    • To ensure this is maintained, only one guest may use the fitness centre at a time.
    • Our sauna and spa pool will be closed until Monday 22 November. From this date, only occupants of the same room or members of the same travel party may share the spa pool or sauna at the same time. We ask that guests limit their time in each facility as a courtesy to guests who may be waiting.
Rooms & Suites
    • Our excellent housekeeping team have enhanced their thorough cleaning regime following check-out, and have always used cleaning products that are effective in disinfecting.
Your Bookings
    • We understand that your travel plans may need to change and we continue to offer our flexible cancellation policy.
    • All bookings made directly on our website, or direct with the hotel, still benefit from free cancellation up until 6pm on the day of arrival.
    • Please don't hesitate to contact us directly and our team will be happy to help.
    • We have also extended the validity of our Gift Vouchers, gift vouchers purchased online from 16 March 2020 are valid for 24 months.
