    • The hidden treats are available on our website for a limited time, as soon as you see the clue start seeking!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    • Participants must be aged 18 or over. Employees of Bolton Hotel and their immediate families are not eligible to win.

    • Participants must follow the daily clue posted on our Instagram stories, use the clue to find a hidden pop-up on our website, and then enter their details to submit their entry.

    • The campaign runs from 17 July 2025 to 18 July 2025. Each clue is live for 3 hours from the time it is posted.

    • Each valid daily entry gives participants a chance to win that day’s prize or offer, and also earns one entry into the grand prize draw.

    • Daily prizes may include hotel discounts, dining perks, or exclusive offers. All prizes and/or perks are subject to availability and cannot be exchanged for cash.

    • Daily winners will be contacted via email within 48 hours. The grand prize winner will be contacted within 5 days of the campaign ending.

    • Daily prizes and the grand prize are each subject to their own individual terms and conditions, which will be provided to winners upon issue.

    • Participants may enter once per day. The more days you participate, the more entries you’ll have in the grand prize draw.

    • Only one entry per person per daily clue is allowed. Any attempt to manipulate or game the system (e.g. using bots, fake identities, or duplicate accounts) will result in disqualification.

    • By entering, participants consent to the collection and use of their details for the purpose of administering this promotion and for future marketing, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
