The adjoining Bowen Room and Mowbray Room are perfect for small group meetings or private meals, and can be combined into the larger Mowbray & Bowen Room for medium-sized functions.

The beautifully appointed Rita Angus Boardroom features a 12-person boardroom table, fully integrated Smart TV and teleconference media suite. All function rooms include free unlimited wi-fi access.

Bolton Hotel offers outstanding value for small groups, with low minimum group sizes for our Day Delegate and Boardroom packages.

The award-winning Artisan Catering kitchen, led by Executive Chef MacLean Fraser, nourishes Bolton Hotel Conferencing guests. Artisan Catering offers a wide variety of fresh, hearty, healthy options for groups of eight or more. Artisan Tea & Coffee Breaks are prepared fresh daily by our in-house pastry chef, and proudly feature locally-roasted Emporio Coffee and the world’s finest TWG Teas. Conference groups are welcome to enjoy informal working lunches in Artisan Dining House, or select a multiple-course plated lunch for extra polish.
