What we're doing to take care of you

 

 

Preventative measures
  • In keeping with government guidelines, we've made it as simple as possible for you to keep a track of your movements with a simple QR code in the lobby.
  • Our team, as always, are observing impeccable hygiene practices, avoiding close contact with anyone showing symptoms of illness and staying home if unwell.
Public Spaces
  • We've enhanced our already thorough cleaning and disinfection of public spaces, with particular attention paid to touchpoints, including but not limited to EFTPOS terminals, lift buttons and touchscreens.
  • Hand sanitising stations throughout the hotel for both our guests and staff as an additional measure.
Artisan Restaurant
  • Our buffet breakfast has been replaced with an extensive à la carte menu.
  • Artisan is now open for dinner on Thursday, Friday and Saturdays 6pm - 10pm. (Chef's Tasting Menu only on Fridays).
  • Room service is still available.
  • Room service breakfast is still available.
Lobby Café
  • Our Lobby Café is offering a grazing menu with light bites and more substantial meals. All accessible with contactless menus.
Pool and Fitness Centre
  • Our fitness centre, spa-pool, sauna and lap-pool are now open with enhanced cleaning protocols
Rooms and Suites
  • Currently, rooms will only be serviced on request to limit contact.
  • Our excellent housekeeping team have enhanced their thorough cleaning regime following check-out, and have always used cleaning products that are effective in disinfecting.
Your Bookings
  • We understand that your travel plans may need to change and we continue to offer our flexible cancellation policy.
  • All bookings made directly on our website, or direct with the hotel, still benefit from free cancellation up until 6pm on the day of arrival.

  • We have also extended the validity of our Gift Vouchers, gift vouchers purchased online from 16 March 2020 are now valid for 24 months.
