Designed with both the business and leisure traveller in mind, each of our 48 studios and 94 one and two-bedroom suites have high speed Internet access, voicemail messaging and a spacious work area.
For guests with disabilities, all of the Bolton Hotels’ studios and one-bedroom suites are available with wheelchair access to a sink and lowered kitchen facilities, bathrooms with handrails and easy access to the swimming pool area.

Guest Studio
Standard studio room with a queen sized bed, tea and coffee making facilities, ensuite with shower and city views. Limited storage space but suitable for short stays of 1-2 nights.
Classic Studio
Overlooking the historic Bolton Memorial Park, this room features a king sized bed, ensuite with shower, a desk and small sitting area.
Premier Studio
With a green vista of the Bolton Memorial Park and the Botanic Gardens, this sunny room includes a super-king sized bed, ensuite with shower and kitchen facilities including a cook top and dishwasher. Other amenities include a DVD player, desk and sitting area.
Classic Suite
This luxurious one-bedroom suite offers views of the city or the park. We welcome you to inform us of the bed-size of your choice. Relax and spread out in the separate spacious lounge area which includes a double settee, two armchairs and dining table. This suite offers total independence with a fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom with deep bath and shower, DVD player, and laundry.
Premier Suite
This beautifully lit, deluxe one-bedroom suite features a super-king sized bed and a separate lounge, which includes a settee, two armchairs and a dining table. The fully-equipped kitchen has a stove, cook top, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. With beautiful park views, this suite also has an in-room safe, DVD player and LCD televisions in the lounge and bedroom, a washing machine and dryer and an ensuite with separate bath and shower. A business unit with fax machine, scanner, and copier enables a full office within the suite.
Premier Twin Suite
Overlooking Bolton Memorial Park, this airy one-bedroom suite has two queen sized beds. The spacious lounge comfortably seats four people, and includes a dining table. Allowing guests their independence this suite includes a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, stove, cook top, dishwasher and fridge/freezer, as well as laundry facilities.
Bolton Suite
This two bedroom suite features a master bedroom with a king-sized bed and a spacious ensuite with a bath and shower. In the second bedroom, guests can choose to have two single beds, or another king sized bed. A second bathroom includes a toilet and shower. Perfect for families, couples or two singles, this suite has a lounge, full kitchen, laundry, LCD televisions in both bedrooms and a DVD player.
Presidential Suite
This 120 square metre suite offers guests the highest level of space and style. This luxurious space features a generous living room, with comfortable seating and floor to ceiling windows displaying a panoramic view of the Thorndon Hills. Large sliding doors open up from the living area to a balcony. The suite features a 46” Sony Bravia LCD television with surround sound and DVD player. A fully-equipped open plan kitchen area and comfortable dining suite is ideal for entertaining. The two king bedrooms both have ensuite bathrooms, LCD televisions and DVD players, cordless telephones and electric drapes dressing the large windows. Access to the balcony is also available from both bedrooms.
Residence Apartment
This stunning 170 square metre apartment situated on the private 18th floor has two spacious bedrooms and stunning views of the picturesque Thorndon Hills, city and harbour. The sumptuous master bedroom includes a king-sized bed, large walk-in wardrobe, and ensuite with a spa bath and separate shower. Just off the master bedroom is a sunny and private breakfast room with access to a secluded balcony. The second bedroom, which enjoys the afternoon sun, also has a king-sized bed and enjoys views of historic Thorndon and the Botanic Gardens. A second bathroom offers a separate bath and shower.
A spacious lounge separates the two bedrooms and features a 42” television with entertainment system, leather couches, floor to ceiling windows and a large balcony that enjoys stunning views of the Wellington cityscape and expansive harbour. A dining table with room for eight completes the plush living space. While away the afternoon on your private balcony and enjoy an uninterrupted view of Wellington.
A fully equipped marble finished kitchen with top quality appliances fit for a chef provide the perfect place to entertain or cater for a quiet night in.
