Centrally located at the heart of New Zealand’s government and financial district, the Bolton Hotel is a convenient location and the perfect venue for your next Wellington meeting, conference, corporate seminar, strategic planning session, press conference or a more personal celebration.
The Bolton has two private meeting rooms in Wellington, purpose built to ensure the smooth running of your event in a stylish and comfortable setting. The Mowbray and Bowen Rooms can comfortably cater for boardroom style meetings or private dinners for up to 20 people. The interconnecting wall can be opened up between the 2 rooms to provide space for a 35 person board meeting, private dinners for up to 40 people or theatre style events for up to 60 people.
In addition to our corporate event service, the Bolton Hotel is also available for a variety of other functions, including weddings, product launches, press conferences, or cocktail functions, held at either Bisque on Bolton Restaurant or in our private rooms.
Exclusive use of the Bisque on Bolton Restaurant can be arranged to provide an impressive setting for parties of up to 150 people.
We have a dedicated team on hand to cater to all of your needs and to ensure your event runs smoothly. Their sole objective is to coordinate every aspect of your event and to make sure it flows effortlessly. Our independent status means we can offer a tailored bespoke event service – nothing is too much trouble.
